Raquel was a blessing! She helped us through the entire process and helped us understand the terms that aren’t always very clear to first time home buyers. I found Raquel and the Five Door Network after an unpleasant experience with another Real Estate Agent. Raquel listened to my concerns as my husband and I were in the midst of relocating to the East coast and was very concerned about the level of commitment we could expect from an agent  given that we would not be "local" to oversee the process first hand. Raquel skillfully laid out an approach that she and her team would execute which immediately alleviated my concerns and enabled me to put my trust in her. In speaking with Raquel she demonstrated genuine interest;  making a point to recognize our home was our most valued asset and she and her team would treat it as such. During our extended conversation, I realized this relationship would be more than "transactional". In just a few days, Raquel's leadership and team of professionals went to work and in a few short weeks we had a very well negotiated offer. We were Canadian sellers in the Phoenix area and had a few alternatives regarding real estate teams and after a lengthy deliberation, we decided to proceed with Raquel and her Team. We could not have been more happy with their Team, what a pleasurable experience with maximized dollars in our pocket at the end of the process. Having bought/sold other recreational, commercial and residential property in the past, Raquel and her team brought a very refreshing attitude and positive energy to the selling process. In most every case, it can be a "tough check to write" when dealing with real estate commission however in the case of Raquel and her Team, we felt like they deserved MORE for their effort - how often do you feel like that? Our house was on the market for less than 20 days and sold for 1.3% below ask. Can I also say that their team recommended a price that was nearly 10% higher than another recommended price. Not only is Raquel absolutely great at her job and a fantastic "people-person", her team is equally good. Pending the timeline of the process, there is a dedicated individual to guide you through the process. As a Canadian not living in the home during the process and 1,500 miles away, we could not have been more thrilled with result. If you need a real estate team, in my opinion - there is no other choice! We will be back in the Phoenix area and Raquel will be our first call.

Right from the first call the thing that impressed me the most with Raquel and her team was how professional they were. We had received packages from other realtors and they were not even in the same league!The real skills though came once we listed and began accepting offers. Our first couple of offers were not easy situations and required alot of work on the part of Raquel and her team.
